We know customers’ demands in time through multiple channels, and carry out customer satisfaction investigation every year to know opinions of customers on product quality, price and services, summarize insufficiencies of services, and keep perfecting and improving services based on analysis results.


         To maintain privacy of customers, we strictly protect the information and materials of customers, sign non-disclosure agreement with customers, and set management authority to customers’ information to prevent from customer information leakage.
